INTERFRIENDS

InterFriends is an application for Android that simulates a secondary operating system and lets users interact with people from "other dimensions".

The game concept is based on a GPS-based chat system: On an interactive map, the user's own location and the locations of people from these "parallel worlds" are displayed, with whom the user can chat and go for walks together.

To start a chat, you have to move within the range of a character. After that, messages and photos can be exchanged, which can guide you to interesting places in the real world, as well as introduce you to fictional places and stories of the "other worlds".

This application is meant to encourage people to explore their neighbourhoods by giving them an interesting story and new places to see with each character they chat with.
